Description
Legion Security Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily security operations in Rustenburg
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Security or Business Management will be advantageous
- PSIRA Grade A registered
- Valid driver’s license
- 5–10 years’ experience in the security industry
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of site management and security compliance
- Good leadership, disciplinary, and report-writing skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all security site operations
- Supervise supervisors and security officers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance
- Manage client relations
- Handle incidents, investigations, and reporting
- Monitor attendance and operational performance
