Security Supervisor

 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Security Supervisor with a valid Grade A certification to oversee security operations in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring site safety, and maintaining high operational standards.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security officers on site
• Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
• Handle incidents, investigations, and report writing
• Liaise with clients and management professionally
• Ensure proper shift scheduling and staff discipline
• Maintain accurate occurrence book (OB) records

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate (essential)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent report writing and incident management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Clear criminal record
• Reliable transport (advantageous)
