Security Controller

Legion Security Services is seeking to appoint a competent and reliable Security Controller to manage control room operations and support site activities in Rustenburg

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• PSIRA Grade B or C (minimum)
• 3–5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Previous control room experience
• Experience working with dispatch systems, clocking point monitoring, and GPS tracking platforms
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting systems)
• Strong radio communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security officers via dispatch and tracking systems
• Verify clocking points and patrol compliance
• Track and report officer movements in real time
• Receive and log incidents and emergency calls
• Dispatch response teams when required
• Maintain control room records and occurrence book
• Compile daily operational and exception reports
