Are you a skilled and professional security officer with experience in supervision and CCTV control room operations?
CIS Security — a trusted and reputable company in the security industry — is looking for a Supervisor / CCTV Controller to join our dynamic team in Pinetown (Westmead).

 About the Role:

The ideal candidate will take charge of supervising on-site security teams, monitoring CCTV systems, and ensuring high operational and client service standards.
You’ll be a key link between our security staff, clients, and management — maintaining a professional and proactive environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate on-site security officers

• Monitor and manage CCTV operations effectively

• Conduct daily site inspections and compile incident reports

• Communicate professionally with clients and management

• Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols

• Drive between sites when required

• Assist with rostering, attendance, and disciplinary matters

 Minimum Requirements:

• Valid PSIRA Certificate (Grade C or higher) – essential

• Proven experience in supervision and CCTV control room operations

• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills

• Sober habits and professional work ethic

• Leadership ability, good communication, and client service skills

• Honest, reliable, neat, and presentable at all times

• Able to handle pressure and make quick, effective decisions
