CIS Security — a trusted and reputable company in the security industry — is looking for a Supervisor / CCTV Controller to join our dynamic team in Pinetown (Westmead). About the Role:The ideal candidate will take charge of supervising on-site security teams, monitoring CCTV systems, and ensuring high operational and client service standards.
You’ll be a key link between our security staff, clients, and management — maintaining a professional and proactive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate on-site security officers
Monitor and manage CCTV operations effectively
Conduct daily site inspections and compile incident reports
Communicate professionally with clients and management
Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols
Drive between sites when required
Assist with rostering, attendance, and disciplinary matters
Minimum Requirements:
Valid PSIRA Certificate (Grade C or higher) – essential
Proven experience in supervision and CCTV control room operations
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving skills
Sober habits and professional work ethic
Leadership ability, good communication, and client service skills
Honest, reliable, neat, and presentable at all times
Able to handle pressure and make quick, effective decisions
