Senior Site Security Manager Pretoria
Location: Pretoria & where required.
Working Hours: Flexible shifts and long working hours in the security industry (must reside in the Pretoria area)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Security Manager to oversee all security operations, maintain compliance, and ensure professional client service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong operational, communication, and people management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Valid PSIRA Grade A registration
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Clear criminal record
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Fully computer literate
- 810 years experience in the Security Industry
- 35 years Management experience
- First Aid, Firefighting, Health & Safety training (would be advantageous)
- Ability to search males
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site security operations and staff
- Maintain high operational standards and compliance
- Conduct client meetings, risk assessments, and inspections
- Ensure effective rostering, timekeeping, and reporting
- Enforce company policies and promote safety and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meeting with clients

The successful candidate will coordinate and implement Corporate Security and Loss Control measures within the company. Roles and Responsibilities To maintain an up-to-date security risk assessment that covers all Security and Loss Controlrisks to assets and personnel and ensure that there are sufficient mitigations for all identified risks in area of operation. Implement and maintain CCTV system. Standard monthly reports for security and loss control, and all monthly reports. Ensure that NLA licences and Provincial licences renewed on time. Applications for NLA licences and depots processed and necessary paperwork obtained. Provincial and National licences new or renewed distributed to depots when obtained. Audits done on licencing by Risk & Loss Control processes. All investigations assigned done and handed in as per prescribed time framesQualifications and Competencies Matric Higher security related formal qualificationExperience A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Having a comprehensive understanding of the business within the market. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement within Distribution. Strong corporate security processes and procedures knowledge is critical for this role. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
