We are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Grade A Security Inspector to join our security management team. The successful candidate will oversee on-site security operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and support effective incident management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Conduct routine and ad hoc inspections of security personnel, equipment, and premises.

• Ensure that sites are covered at all times with the correct staff compliment and within specified time frames.

• Planning ahead for any shortages that could occur on the next shift.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

• Supervise and support security officers, including performance monitoring and training and follow disciplinary procedures where necessary.

• Respond to incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Liaise with clients, emergency services, and management as needed.

• Lead by example to uphold professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.

• Valid Grade A Security Certificate (PSIRA or equivalent certification depending on region).

• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in security supervision or inspection.

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and safety protocols.

• Knowledge of CCTV systems and Fire Panels.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• High level of physical fitness and situational awareness.

• Clear criminal record and verifiable references.

• Preferred candidate should stay within the areas near Bellville for ease of relieving.

• Previous leadership experience in security operations.

• Experience with modern security technologies and systems
