OPERATIONS MANAGER - BELLVILLE

Operations Co-Ordinator - Bellville - Cape Town

A vacancy exists for an Operation Co-Ordinator. The position will report to the Senior Operations Manager. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

Key Performance Areas

• Maintaining good relations between Phangela Private Security Services and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
• Threat and risk assessment
• Manpower and equipment management
• Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints
• Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code
• Ensure all company SOPS are followed
• Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure training takes place when required
• Must be able to attend meetings and take calls to assist with matters of urgency
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practice covering the physical and logical aspects of information, products, systems, integrity and confidentiality

Skills required:

• Matric certificate and should be Psira Grade A registered and accredited
• At least 2 years’ experience in security management role
• Computer literacy
• Strong planning, leadership and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be able to work under pressure.
• Code 8 Driver's license with own reliable transport.
• Must be able to start immediately.
