E-commerce System Engineer

Key Focus Areas
Design, implement, and maintain operational systems
Optimise processes using engineering principles
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements

Analyse data and create dashboards to drive performance
Collaborate with warehousing, fulfilment and customer teams

Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
3+ years experience in systems engineering or e-commerce operations
Basic SQL and experience with process mapping tools
Power Platform, Power BI, ERP/WMS experience (advantageous)
Strong project and time management skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Passion for digital commerce and retail innovation
