In this role, we are looking for a result-driven, motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team! As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers, thus expanding our customer base. To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.


Job Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies to solicit or attract new potential customers through inbound and outbound tactics.

• Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and company channels (website, phone etc.)

• Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

• Presenting product information to customers once their needs have been identified.

• Moving qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to an account manager,

• and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.

• Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make eventual

• purchase.

• Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

• Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

• Apply and promote culture and core values at all times.

• Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed


Functional/Technical Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets

• Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Executive or similar role

2+ years of sales development operations (preferably with B2B sales)

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Appreciate technology and business trends

• Should have a zeal to work in an independent mode.

• Communication – MUST have Excellent Verbal and Written skills.

• Track record of achieving sales quotas

• Experience working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot CRM.

• Good understanding of sales performance metrics
