Are you passionate about making a difference through education and training? We are a small but dynamic company specializing in learnerships, This position has a basic and a 6% commission. BBBEE-aligned training, and SETA-accredited programs. Currently, we're on the lookout for 3 driven Tele-sales Agents to join our team for a 3-month campaign and contribute to our growth and success.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Great Telephone Skills: Proficiency in engaging prospects and clients over the phone.
- Outstanding Negotiation Skills: Capable of closing deals and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Knowledge of SETA Training: Familiarity with SETA-accredited programs and training regulations.
- Extensive Understanding of BBBEE Selling Skills: Demonstrated expertise in selling BBBEE-aligned training solutions.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle challenging situations.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Capable of working unsupervised and delivering results.
- Innovative Thinker: Brings fresh ideas to the table and contributes to the team's success.
- Target-Driven: Committed to meeting and exceeding set targets consistently.
- Sales Experience in the Training Industry: Prior experience in sales within a training company is highly desirable.
- Punctuality and Time Management: Reliable, punctual, and adept at managing time effectively.
