We have a Field Agent Position Available.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify and pitch different organizations that has our target market (youth between 18 to 36)in big volumes eg: churches, high schools etc
- .“Get the client ” using various customer sales methods
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings the organization might have lined up
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Identify any specific skills or experience required to perform the job
+ Compensation and Benefits
- Salary R8000
- Traveling allowance R2000.
- 30 % commissionon every successfuly registered student when exceeding the target.
