? Key Responsibilities:
?Oversee and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department
? Drive sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
? Manage and motivate the sales team
? Handle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations
? Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
? Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
? Maintain relationships with suppliers and financial institutions
? Prepare performance reports for senior management
? Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes

? National Senior Certificate

? Minimum 5 years in used car sales

? At least 2 years as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager
