Parts Sales Executive

? Key Responsibilities:
?Assist walk-in customers and workshop staff with accurate parts identification
? Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices timeously
? Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge
? Manage stock levels, perform bin checks, and assist with stock control
? Handle telephonic and email parts enquiries professionally
? Ensure efficient issuing, receiving, and storing of parts
? Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence
? Work closely with the parts, workshop, and service teams

?? Requirements:

? National Senior Certificate

? UD Certified Parts Certificate (advantageous)

? Minimum 3 years experience at a franchised commercial dealership
