The Role: Sales Executive (German Speaking)

This is a high-impact role focused on outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting with senior executives in global companies. You'll play a critical part in driving client growth by identifying qualified business opportunities and delivering quality interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, values quality over quantity, and has the drive to succeed in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or appointment setting
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across international markets
  • Initiate outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with prospects
  • Schedule and secure sales appointments aligned with client objectives
  • Update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail
  • Produce accurate call summaries and progress reports for clients
  • Participate in weekly update calls and quarterly performance reviews
  • Confidently engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance targets

About You

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar outbound B2B sales role
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and CRM management capabilities
  • Confident speaking with C-level executives in global companies
  • Motivated, competitive, and target-oriented
  • Independent worker with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (8 am - 5 pm)
