This role is suited to someone who truly understands gearboxes, power transmission, and rotating equipment, and can engage confidently with technical and operational stakeholders.

- 5+ years experience in industrial gear or power transmission sales
- Strong exposure to mining, heavy industry, or process plants
- Proven technical understanding of gearboxes, drives, and mechanical systems
- Ability to engage with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and OEMs
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Selling industrial gear solutions into mining and heavy industrial environments
- Managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Supporting customers with technical sizing, applications, and upgrades
- Working with internal engineering and service teams to deliver solutions
- Handling the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close
