Sales Coordinator (Automotive Export)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export sales orders, invoicing, and documentation

• Ensure accuracy of invoices, credit notes, and reconciliations

• Manage export and cross-trade activities across Africa (Incoterms)

• Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams for on-time deliveries

• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and track back orders

• Compile and distribute export sales reports

• Provide ongoing feedback and admin support to management and delivery teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Sales Management or similar

• 2 to 5 years experience in sales support or order processing

• Automotive industry experience (non-negotiable)

• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency

• Solid understanding of Incoterms

• Code 10 drivers licence

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Fluent in English (read & write)

• Proactive, confident team player
