Description
This role is integral to ensuring a seamless sales experience for clientsmanaging enquiries, processing orders, supporting walk-in customers, and assisting the external sales team while they are on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including quoting, order entry, invoicing, and coordinating deliveries.
- Deliver a complete customer experience from needs analysis and product presentation through to sales closure.
- Liaise with the operations team to arrange customer deliveries and collections.
- Handle sales enquiries and leads from multiple online portals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to monthly team goals.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and professional communication at all times.
- Undertake additional reasonable tasks to support the wider business.
Requirements
- Strong financial acumen essential
- Proven experience in internal sales or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging clients from all levelsdirectors to contractors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to apply a solutions-based sales approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
