This role requires an individual with strong technical product knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to conduct site visits, assessments, and on-site problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business and grow existing key accounts across mining, quarrying, industrial and engineering sectors
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate plant needs and recommend suitable screening, filtration, and separation solutions
  • Present technical products such as woven wire mesh, polyurethane screens, wedge wire, perforated plates, and conveyor components
  • Prepare sales forecasts, call reports, and territory plans
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings, tender briefings, and industry networking events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
  • 35 years technical external sales experience in mining, industrial, engineering, or related industries
  • Knowledge of screening media, industrial filtration, or mechanical/process equipment (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and interpret plant requirements
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
