- Matric required
- 25 years experience in technical external sales (industrial, engineering, electrical, mechanical, or related sectors)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain products/solutions
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and self-discipline
DUTIES
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts
- Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, procurement, and admin) to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
