- 35 years experience in marketing management within footwear, fashion, or related consumer goods.
- Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise, including campaigns, digital marketing, and market research.
- Ability to localize global marketing strategies effectively.
- Understanding of seasonal buying and promotional cycles.
- Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and solution-driven.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Relevant marketing degree plus working knowledge of design processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to global direction and local market needs.
- Manage full end-to-end campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Work closely with the senior graphic designer to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, emailers, and website updates.
- Support brand activations, pop-up stores, and marketing events.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Report on campaign results and optimise future activity.
- Meet performance standards and KPIs within required timeframes.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Start Date: Immediate (notice periods respected)
- Location: Germiston (office-based)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0016:30, with overtime during peak periods.
