Key Responsibilities :
Consultant: Adrie Jonker - Dante Personnel East Rand
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and walk-in sales
- Prepare quotations and Pro Forma invoices
- Liaise with customers regarding products, deliveries, and queries
- Support External Sales Representatives with sales and admin
- Handle customer returns and credit requests
- Coordinate with stores to ensure accurate picking and on-time delivery
- Minimum
- 2 years internal sales experience
- Experience in the industrial/tools/technical environment preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in SYSPRO and MS Office (non-negotiable)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
