Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing and service.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Oversee food quality, presentation, and safety standards.

• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (We close on Sundays).

• Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS systems, inventory, scheduling tools).

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
