Reception

  • Handling incoming calls and logging incoming service calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Word and excel/google sheets
  • logging customer meter readings
  • Arranging courier collections and deliveries
  • General office duties
  • Tracking completed customer service calls
  • Ordering stock

Internal sales

  • telesales on existing customers
  • lead generation and social media ad posts
  • emailing quotes
  • handling incoming emails sales queries

Requirements

  • Previous reception /admin experience
  • matric certificate
  • reliable motor vehicle
  • word and excel / google sheets
  • previous sales exposure
  • well presented
  • strong customer communication skills
  • team player
