We are seeking a reliable, well-organised, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
Assisting with document preparation and filing
Running errands when required
Coordinating travel and accommodation (if needed)
General administrative and personal support duties
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in administration (advantage)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Matric certificate (minimum)
Working Hours:
