Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional Site Agent with over 5-10 years of expertise in roads, sewer, and water reticulation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and a proven track record in managing construction sites effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site operations for roads, sewer and water reticulation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Address and resolve any site issues that may arise promptly.
- Contract Planning.
- Programming.
Implement projects through site establishment, implementing tasks to meet milestones and snag lists
