Senior Site Engineer

A wellâ??established engineering company in Gauteng is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a driven individual with extensive experience in electrical an instrumentation (E&I) projects and a solid background in site or project management.

About the Role:
As the Senior Site Supervisor / Manager, you will oversee onsite operations, ensure that project milestones are met, manage teams, coordinate installations, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex E&I installations and engineering projects across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise onsite activities across multiple projects
• Oversee E&I installations and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Lead, coordinate, and support onsite teams and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Provide progress reporting and assist with project planning
• Travel to various project sites when required

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• 10+ years' experience in site management or project management
• Strong experience with E&I projects
• Proven experience in E&I installations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâ??solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
• Professional, reliable, and resultsâ??driven
