We are seeking a hands-on and operationally focused Site Agent to support the successful delivery of construction projects within a fast-paced site-based environment. The Site Agent will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, overseeing site activities, driving progress against timelines, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction worksInterpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation accuratelyCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve programme targetsMonitor project progress against construction schedules and report delays or risksEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsConduct regular site inspections and enforce site discipline and housekeepingResolve on-site technical and construction-related issues timeouslyMonitor material usage, equipment, and site resources efficientlySupport cost control through tracking of labour, materials, and productivityEnsure adherence to contract requirements and project specificationsMaintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updatesIdentify risks early and implement corrective actions where requiredDrive clear communication between site teams, engineers, and project stakeholdersRequirementsBTech / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in a site-based construction role (building projects preferred)Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and site processesAbility to manage subcontracto
