Duties & Responsibilities:Liaise with internal and external customers to understand requirements and develop suitable product solutions.Use instrument sizing and selection tools to determine the correct product specification based on customer needs.Source quotations from local and international suppliers when required.Recommend beneficial product alternatives to improve the likelihood of a successful sale.Verify technical accuracy of quotations and highlight any deviations from the original RFQ.Prepare pricing schedules in line with processed RFQs and approved price lists.Create and maintain server folders containing all relevant customer correspondence.Duplicate and maintain all customer information within the CRM system.Email quotations to customers and structure submissions to prompt acknowledgement of receipt.Update the CRM system with won and lost orders, including reasons for lost opportunities.Generate internal orderâ??processing documents.Prepare works instruction forms aligned with instrumentation and valve service requirements.Assist the orderâ??processing team with technical queries related to customer purchase orders.Support customers with technical and orderâ??related questions throughout the process.Minimum Requirements:Experience:35 years internal sales experience within the instrumentation, valves, industrial, or related engineering environment.23 years experience in customer relationship management.Valid drivers licence (Code EB or higher).Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proficient in MS Office.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problemâ??solving ability.Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.Selfâ??managed with the ability to maintain focus and work independently.Teamâ??oriented with a strong service ethic.Logical thinker with a passion for quality.
