Electrical Systems Service Engineer

The Systems Engineer will become one of the local technical subject matter experts for all products available to the market.

Qualifications / Skills:

• BSc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar Engineering discipline
• 2+ years of experience in underground mining environment preferred
• Experience with underground mine production and auxiliary equipment preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Safety oriented
• Positive attitude & team player
• Quality minded, resourceful and dependable
• Excellent interpersonal communication & computer skills

Requirements:

• Possess or obtain a statutory South African drivers license and keep it in good standing at all times
• Possess or obtain an internationally approved passport and keep it in good standing at all times
• Possess or obtain and keep in good standing all Certifications as required by customers, in order to perform work on customer premises

Travel:
The Systems Engineer will be required to travel throughout Southern Africa and to potentially to overseas locations as required.
