Electrical Sales Engineer - Hybrid

Are you a driven and technically strong electrical professional with a passion for motors and momentum? A growing electrical business is looking for a Sales Engineer to take charge of its Low Voltage Motor portfolio across South Africa and Zambia.
Youll split your time between both countries each monthso if you're ready to pack your passport and bring your A-game to both markets, this is your chance to build lasting client relationships, drive new business, and be the go-to person for all things LVM.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Electrical qualification (N6, NDip, or Electrical Trade Test minimum)
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales (low voltage motors, DBs, MCBs, isolators, etc.)
• 10 years in the electrical construction/maintenance space
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to Zambia for 2 weeks per month
• Based in Johannesburg or Pretoria
• Own vehicle and driver's license

Job requirements and experience:

• Own and grow the Low Voltage Motor sales portfolio in Zambia and South Africa
• Identify new business and close deals with key clients across both countries
• Deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and track targets through a robust sales matrix
• Support clients with technical expertise and help co-create custom solutions
• Build long-term partnerships and resolve customer concerns proactively
• Work closely with internal teams to drive product promotions and technical support
