• Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as, Ms office suite and project management
• Experience in relevant industry, such as construction, engineering or procurement
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Duties

• Managing construction schedules and budgets
• Ensure construction projects meet agreed standards
• Developing and presenting project proposals
• Producing plans and estimating budgets and time scales
• Discussion, drafting, reviewing the terms of contract
• Managing the regions which are South Africa, Botswana and Zambia
• Dealing with and unexpected cost
• Meeting with clients
