What Youll Do:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, including country representatives and resellers
  • Support partners in developing new business and expanding market reach
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with channel partners
  • Collaborate on joint business plans to drive sales and market growth
  • Equip partners with the latest product information, tools, and strategies
  • Monitor partner performance, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to influence strategies
  • Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with internal teams
  • Achieve territory revenue forecasts and individual account targets
What You Bring:
  • National Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation, N6 + Trade Test Certificate in Instrumentation Mechanician, or Engineering Degree
  • 810 years experience in technical sales, business development, or channel management within instrumentation/automation
  • Proven success in managing representatives/resellers and driving new business
  • Experience in Africa or regional markets is advantageous
  • Formal qualification in Sales Management
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Valid passport and drivers license
