HR Generalist

Position available for a HR Generalist. Must have: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field, Demonstrated experience in a similar role, Proficient in HR systems, tools, and administrative processes, Strong understanding of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, EEA, and LRA, Familiarity with the metal industry is advantageous.
