Workshop & Yard Supervisor

Workshop & Yard Supervisor required. This position is based in Cato Ridge and include mandatory Sunday working.

Duties involve:

Vehicle expenses capturing and control

Ensure safekeeping and control of relief vehicles keys, petrol cards and etags.

Capturing inspection sheets electronically

Supplier invoices processing to accounts for payment

Keep all registers up-to date and ensure all paperwork is filed accordingly.

General yard supervision and control

Vehicle in/out controls

Stock control & issuing

Despatching procedures

Requirements;

Advanced Computer literacy skills

Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Must provide references.

This position is most suited for a male candidate.
