Admin Assistant – Grimaldi’s @ Cotswold Downs Golf Estate (Hillcrest, Durban)
Grimaldi’s is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a high-end hospitality and restaurant environment and takes pride in efficiency, attention to detail, and strong administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Events Manager, and Owner
• Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone communication professionally
• Assist with scheduling, bookings, and event coordination administration
• Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
• Prepare reports, invoices, and general documentation as required
• Support day-to-day operational and office requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (experience within hospitality or a restaurant environment will be highly beneficial)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays if required
