Responsibilities include:To manage 11 Beauty Spas across South Africa, and 1 International (Africa)Report Structure: Reports to the Business Owner directlyAct as Lead Administrative Staff Employee Relations Consultant to all domestic regional offices and oversee day-to-day employee relations for the JHB, CT & Africa office administrative staff.Lead the performance management process and enable teams to achieve challenging targets and realise the companys vision.Leads positive employee relations efforts within all facilities.Recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions.Assist with recruitment, including entering employment applications in the System and entering background check data.Prepare and coordinate all new hire packets, including entering in HR database.Prepare and coordinate termination paperwork, including entering termination in HRDB.Conduct New Hire Orientation and assist with new hire paperwork meetings, and follow up with the employee to ensure all paperwork is received.Ensure all job posting information on the net is accurate and updated as needed.Flexibility around schedule or work environment.
