What this role entails: 

You will operate as a true extension of the CEO, managing the day-to-day flow while staying one step ahead.

• Seamlessly manage a complex calendar, meetings, and travel
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing packs
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper — filtering communication and priorities
• Coordinate meetings at executive and board level (with full follow-through)
• Keep projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives on track
• Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism

Your Background

• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
