Minimum requirements:
Consultant: Daphney Malotoane - Dante Personnel East Rand
- Matric and a BSc Chemistry (or similar qualification)
- Minimum of 2 -3 years experience in a similar role
- Chemical background (Laboratory/Manufacturing) is essential
- General laboratory work; preparation of test mixtures; pH readings, etc
- Final Product: Ensure that all required aspects are met for shipments regarding overall product quality
- Quality readings: Batch pH, SG (specific gravity), and sampling
- Physically mixing test blends for product development and quality issue investigations, as well as compatibility with other products
- Operational: Handle and facilitate the use of the reverse osmosis system for production water
- Capturing data and recording findings
- Facilitating stock counts
- Reviewing product formulations and checking for accuracy
- Handling quality-related issues and communicating with agent/client regarding investigation and findings
- Scheduling annual calibration of necessary equipment
