SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department, supporting our sales representatives, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with logistics to ensure timely dispatch
• Assist sales reps with administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification in Business or Sales is advantageous
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus
