Finance Data Capturer

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Capture, input and update shipment data in our database and relevant finance software systems
• Update and maintain load dispatch reports for all branches
• Update daily dispatches to customers
• Daily progress reporting
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is a must

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
