EE Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Automotive, Manufacturing and/or FMCG experience essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sales role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, transport companies, government departments, aftermarket customers, etc.
• Drive sales growth by expanding existing customer accounts and introducing new products.
• Prospect, cold call, and onboard new customers to grow market share.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and agreed customer engagement activities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure all interactions are accurately captured on the CRM platform.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support dealer and customer marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Manage company-owned promotional materials at customer sites.
