Talent Connected Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead their Johannesburg branch.

This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to a hands-on business leader who can take full ownership of branch performance, profitability, operations, customer relationships and team leadership within a technical, industrial or manufacturing-related environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, managing day-to-day branch operations, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational performance and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Johannesburg branch

• Drive revenue growth and branch profitability

• Manage sales, operations, finance, inventory and customer service

• Develop and implement branch business plans

• Build and maintain key customer relationships

• Monitor financial performance, budgets and KPIs

• Ensure effective inventory, warehouse and stock management

• Lead, mentor and develop branch employees

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years management experience in a commercial or operational environment

• Minimum 5 years experience leading cross-functional teams

• Proven responsibility for branch, business unit or profit-centre profitability

• Experience managing budgets, expenses and financial performance

• Strong leadership experience across sales, operations and customer service

• Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, procurement, logistics and supply chain management

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Ability to analyse business performance and drive profitability

• Confident engaging with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders
