We are a well-established manufacturer of polymer concrete manhole covers and frames, operating in a demanding, hands-on industrial environment. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will manage daily production activities, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Manage and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure product quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and motivate teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Support continuous improvement of production processes.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and problem-solving.

• Work closely with senior management on planning, reporting, and performance targets.

• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial production management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Experience with polymer concrete or similar materials is an advantage.

• Ability to work respectfully and productively with different cultures.
