Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (advantageous)

Experience:

• 4-7 years in office management and/or logistics
• Experience managing administrative and logistics functions

• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations
• Manage logistics, deliveries, and fleet
• Monitor inventory and stock control
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and prepare reports
• Supervise administrative and logistics staff

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (advantageous)
• Willingness to work extended hours
• High level of professionalism and accountability
