Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Experience managing warehouse staff and daily operations
- Strong knowledge of imports, receiving and dispatch processes
- Experience coordinating courier companies and outbound deliveries
- Proficient in B2B systems and Sage
- Strong inventory and stock control experience
- Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with strong reporting abilities
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations
- Oversee receiving, dispatch and courier logistics
- Coordinate imported stock and ensure accurate receiving procedures
- Manage inventory, stock control and cycle counts
- Ensure accurate processing of goods on B2B and Sage
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
- Ensure on-time order fulfilment and customer deliveries
- Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal departments
- Prepare warehouse and inventory reports
- Continuously improve warehouse efficiency and processes
