We are looking for an Internal Sales Support Assistant to be the backbone of the Sales Team of our exciting and dynamic Audio Visual technology company based in Northriding.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client documentation
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
- Liaising with various departments and branches
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (social media skills an advantage)
- A team player with a customer-focussed mindset
- Prior experience in sales support or administration is a plus
- Tech savvy / experience would be an advantage

Manage Risk, Resources and Quality -Maintain clear visibility and reporting on all ongoing tech pipelines for the CTO and executive team.Proactively manage project resources, mapping capacity across Developers, Analysts, and Support staff to maintain a steady flow of high-value delivery. Drive Continuous Improvement Processes -Regularly review project delivery life cycles (scoping, building, testing, deploying) to identify bottlenecks and implement more efficient agile methodologies.Standardise project reporting and tracking tools to provide the executive team with real-time, transparent views of project health. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment -Act as the primary point of escalation for project risks, proactively communicating mitigation strategies to both internal leadership and external clients.
