Oversee daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation
Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance
Manage procurement, maintenance, servicing, and repairs
Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant
Schedule preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate inspection and service records
Cost Control & Budgeting
Manage fleet budget (fuel, maintenance, insurance, replacements)
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Recommend procurement or disposal strategies
Driver & Safety Management
Enforce driver policies and safety standards
Monitor driver performance and investigate incidents
Manage insurance claims and risk mitigation
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Prepare fleet performance reports
Manage supplier and service provider relationships
Support audits and compliance checks
