Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of new and used vehicle stock
- Ensuring physical stock matches system stock at all times
- Capturing and maintaining accurate records on the dealership system (Evolve / Autoline / Kerridge or similar)
- Managing all vehicle documentation (invoices, delivery notes, registrations, licensing)
- Adhering to OEM and internal audit standards with constant audit readiness
- Monitoring stock ageing and producing accurate management reports
- Coordinating inter-branch vehicle transfers and floorplan processes
- Supporting Sales and Finance with stock availability and compliance release
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 34 years experience in the retail motor industry
- Proven stock control and reconciliation experience
- Advanced Excel skills and DMS exposure
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Willingness to work weekends when required

Salary
