General Details
Description
Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain accurate inventory and manufacturing transactions on Sage Pastel, including drafting requisitions and manufacturing job cards
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and timeously, including entering and crediting stock from various suppliers
- Reconcile physical stock against Sage Pastel system balances and process adjustments via journals
- Process incoming shipments from international suppliers, including preparing import quantities and costings using Microsoft Excel
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stock takes
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Proven experience in inventory control / stock management
- Experience working with Sage Pastel
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
